What is LiteForce Technique?
for over 40 years
LiteForce Technique (LFT) is a revolutionary and GENTLE form of manual therapy.
- LFT uses the body’s own inherent, natural movements (what I call “INNATE” movements) to loosen the spine, extremities and cranium.
- This allows the clinician to precisely pinpoint the exact treatment needed to erase pain and improve function.
